It's that time of year again… Join us in celebrating the Spring 2026 Release at our member-favorite Grand Tasting Party!
Enjoy aguided tasting through all six new wines (including some first-ever releases!), each paired with a thoughtfully curated bite designed to highlight and elevate the unique character of each wine.
You'll gain insight into our winemaking process, hear the stories behind the wines, and experience these wines the way they're meant to be experienced!

If you aren't able to make it to the Grand Tasting Party (or if you'd prefer to pick up your wine the next day), stop by our Member Only Pick-Up Social!
We'll have tasting flights of the six new wines along with some charcuterie and live music. Bring a guest and stop by any time between our open hours!
No tickets are required, but we ask that you please RSVP at the link below.

WINE WEDNESDAY “From Barrel To Bottle: EXploring Barrel Samples”
LOCATION: TASTING ROOM
TIME: 6:00 - 8:00pm
Join us for the next Wine Wednesday as we take a peek inside the cellar for an exclusive look at how Bivium wines are made. This intimate tasting experience explores wines in progress, featuring barrel samples, side-by-side comparisons with finished bottles, and a hands-on blending session.
TICKETS INCLUDE:
2-3 rounds of tastings: barrel samples, future wines, and current releases.
Exploration of cooperage impact: why choosing the right barrel matters.
Live mini blending session - exploring the endless blending possibilities.
